Tonius Frank’s mission is to educate and empower renters and future

acquire new properties, payoff high-interest rate debt or strategize for wealth

Tonius Frank “The Mortgage Wizard” has been in the mortgage banking and

finance industry for the past 24 years. He has consistently been in the top 10% of

finance managers and mortgage originators throughout his career.

Tonius Frank is a Team Lead/Sr. Mortgage Loan Officer who has been with Happy

Home Lending since the beginning of 2025. Tonius was previously a Branch

Manager with Lendsmart Mortgage for the past four years. He was the top

producing mortgage originator for his Branch in Cedar Hill, Texas for 2021, 2022,

& 2023. Prior to his tenure with LendSmart Mortgage, Tonius was a Sr. Mortgage

Loan Officer with Premier Nationwide Lending. He was a top producer with

Premier Nationwide Lending for his entire 14-year tenure there. Prior to Tonius’

tenure with Premier Nationwide Lending, Tonius was a retail Bank Branch Loan

Officer with Chase Bank. Tonius was ranked #10 in the nation in Unit Production

for his 2-year tenure with Chase Bank.

“The Mortgage Wizard’s” closing ratio is approximately 98.5% and has been so

for the past 18 years. He prides himself on attending most of his closings, which

is extremely unique for a loan officer. Now that Tonius has teamed up with Happy

Home Lending, he has a vast amount of mortgage products to help even more

customers achieve their dream of homeownership.

As a seasoned loan originator, Tonius Frank excels in originating FHA, VA,

USDA, and CONVENTIONAL loans. He has vast experience in successfully

working with all the down-payment assistance programs in the Dallas Fort Worth

Metroplex.
